Excellent communications, honest, and knows how to properly pack fragile items.
Unfortunately, the drive turned out to be a 17mm instead of a 12.5mm, so it wouldn't fit in my laptop. Jeff very quickly refunded my money and even let me hang on to the hard drive! Top notch trader.
